5-6 Year Olds

A positive and fun introduction to martial arts. Etiquette, warm up/stretching, and the basics of stances, blocks, kicks and punches.

7-12 Year Olds

This curriculum will be based on skill level. For beginners, the basics of stances, blocks, kicks, punches, and forms. For those with previous training, sharpening of current skills and adding rolls, throws, and joint/pressure-point awareness.

13-17 Year Olds

Something for everyone, with an emphasis on conditioning and self defense principles in all techniques.

Adults

Adult classes can be tailored to interest. Self defense, traditional belt progression, martial arts conditioning boot camp, there is no limit. Private lessons are also available; contact Flip.
